Michael J. Chmielewski, MD, FACOG

Dr. Chmielewski joined Stoneridge in 2005. He received a Bachelor of General Arts and Science with Distinction from Penn State University and attended Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Chmielewski is board- certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is past Chair of the OB/GYN Department at Grand View Hospital and currently President of the Grand View Medical Staff.

Keren Hancock, DO

Dr. Hancock joined Stoneridge in 2008. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She completed her residency at Mercy Suburban Hospital. Dr. Hancock is fluent in Hindi and Urdu and familiar with Spanish, Punjabi and Gujrati. Dr. Hancock is board-eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Stephen J. Kupersmith, MD, FACOG

Dr. Kupersmith joined Stoneridge in 1981. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Brown University and attended Tufts University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Pennsylvania Hospital. Dr. Kupersmith is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society. He is past Chair of the OB/GYN Department at Grand View Hospital.

Nicholas O. Lindberg, MD, FACOG

Dr. Lindberg joined Stoneridge in 1990. He received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Biological Science from the University of Pittsburgh and attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Hospital of The University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Lindberg is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society. He is also a member of the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology and a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. He is past Chair of the OB/GYN Department at Grand View Hospital.

Lane A. Moskoff, MD, FACOG

Dr. Moskoff joined Stoneridge in 2005. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from The Johns Hopkins University and attended Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at St. Luke’s Hospital. Dr. Moskoff is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society.

Mary E. Pagan, MD, FACOG

Dr. Pagan joined Stoneridge in 1998. She received a Bachelor of Science in Zoology at Duke University and attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the University of Maryland. Dr. Pagan is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society.

Kimberly G. Smith, MD

Dr. Smith joined Stoneridge in 2011. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Susquehanna University and a Masters of Science in Molecular Biology at Northwestern University. She attended the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine and completed her residency in OB/GYN at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Smith is board-eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Pennsylvania Medical Society.

Elizabeth Grasmeder-Smith, MSN, CRNP-BC

Ms. Grasmeder-Smith joined Stoneridge in 2005. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from DeSales University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Gwynedd-Mercy College. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Grasmeder-Smith is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Annamarie G. Hellebusch, MSN, CRNP-BC

Ms. Hellebusch joined Stoneridge in 1999. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University and attended graduate school at the same institution, receiving a Master of Science in Nursing, Women’s Health Specialty. She is certified by the National Certification Corporation as an OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner and is an Educational Affiliate of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Ms. Hellebusch is a member of the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses.

Sue Schwarz, PA-C

Ms. Schwarz joined Stoneridge OB/GYN in 2004. She has been in practice for over 20 years. Formerly from Chestnut Hill OB/GYN and Hahnemann University Hospital, she was an OB/GYN clinical supervisor and researcher. She graduated with a degree in Physician Assistant from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey/Rutgers University. Ms. Schwarz is a member of the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology and a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
